Articles of Association and Bye-Laws

As with all incorporated Societies and not-for-profit organisations, the activities of the SCMS are governed by it's Articles of Association and relating Bye-Laws. These were first agreed in 1920 and have been revised and amended. The most recent Articles and Bye-Laws are as follows:
